AR-News: (CA)Accused U.S. eco-terrorist on hunger strike

VICTORIA - An accused American eco-terrorist who had been on the FBI's 10
Most Wanted List has started a hunger strike while Canadian authorities
work to have him sent back to the United States.

Michael Scarpitti, also known as Tre Arrow, was arrested earlier this
month for allegedly trying to shoplift some bolt-cutters.

He had been wanted by the FBI since disappearing two years ago. He's
wanted in Orgeon for setting fire to logging and cement trucks in 2001.
