AR-News: Sandstorms leave 10,000 homeless in China

Temperatures were at the freezing point. Rescuers found 22 herdsmen reported 
missing, but nearly 3,000 head of livestock were killed by the sandstorm. 
About 20 million pounds of hay were blown away, threatening the animals' winter 
survival. Winds surpassing 60 mph prevented emergency vehicles from reaching the 
site.
