AR-News: (AU) Cruelty ends in court

AN Osborne Park man accused of torturing a kitten will face animal cruelty 
charges this week.

Three other cases of serious animal cruelty involving other people are also 
due to go to court this week. 
The RSPCA will ask that two of the pet owners be banned from owning animal 
again. 
A 41-year-old cat owner is to appear in Perth Magistrate's Court on Tuesday 
on charges of ill-treating and torturing a female kitten. 
The man allegedly inflicted severe injuries to the cat, which had to have its 
right eye removed.
