AR-News: (US CO) More bad news for prairie dogs

The state Court of Appeals today upheld a ruling rejecting a request to block 
prairie dog poisoning outside five Boulder Valley School District schools. 
An animal right's group said the state Constitution prohibits certain methods 
of killing wildlife, including poisoning. The group argued that killing 
rodents could endanger wildlife, but the appeals court disagreed.
