AR-News: (AU) Man fined over animal cruelty

A Tamworth district man has been fined more than $1,600 after appearing in 
court on animal cruelty charges.
Peter Orr of Piallamore has also been ordered to pay $26,500 in costs to the 
RSPCA and court costs.
Orr pleaded guilty to failing to provide proper and sufficient food to 29 
horses and failing to provide vet treatment to 32 horses.
