AR-News: (US-tn)Dog breeder wants to reclaim animals

Jennifer Siliski wants her dogs back. That's according to her attorney,
Rebecca Byrd.

The Franklin dog breeder was due in court Monday to face a judge on 30
counts of animal cruelty. But she waived her right to appear. Her attorney
plead not guilty for her.
