Tofurky? Tastes like bologna, according to Matt Booker.

What, you thought it would taste like chicken?

The faux turkey deli slices were one of the new taste sensations for
Booker, a restaurant manager from Mississippi, and hundreds of hungry
Portlanders who waited in line Thursday at Pioneer Courthouse Square
during the Great American Meatout.

Billed as the "world's largest grass-roots diet education campaign," the
meatout is half dare, half persuasive shtick. Can you kick the meat habit
for a day? And will you eat this fake sausage to prove it?
