Must be the intoxicating aroma of freedom fries wafting through the Capitol 
that's caused members of the U.S. House to lose their minds.

Why else would they have passed a bill March 10 immunizing the fast-food 
industry from a nonexistent McFlurry of lawsuits by heavyweights who blame 
their obesity on a greasy, fatty diet?
