AR-News: (CA-qb)Arrest expected in cat mutilations

[Animalconcerns]

Investigators are convinced they've collared the culprit who has been
mutilating Montreal cats, in particular a kitten a shelter has christened
Lucky.

"We have him!" a jubilant Pierre Barnoti, director of the Montreal Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), exclaimed Monday.
