The SPCA of Northern Nevada needs your help to keep its doors open.
The organization survives solely on public donations and it says it only has
enough money to keep going for two to three more months. It takes about
$10,000 a month to keep the facility running.
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has been in its current
location for five years and is looking to the public for donations to help
them keep going.
The SPCA works to place animals in loving homes and prevent the unnecessary
killing of homeless animals.
Right now the SPCA is housing 40 dogs and 20 kittens.
