AR-News: (US NY) Animal Cruelty Charges Filed Against Macedon Couple

A Wayne County couple is charged with five counts of animal cruelty, after 
investigators seized two dozen animals from their property over the weekend.

Investigators say the house was filthy. And this isn't the first time they'd 
been called there.

"The house was in shambles.  There were cat and dog feces and clothes all 
over", said Animal Cruelty Investigator Mark Plyter, describing what he saw when 
he entered the Macedon home of John and Cindy Henry.

Cindy Henry, contacting News 8 Monday evening, said the charges are 
"ridiculous".  

"My house is a mess. It's messy, but it's not dirty", she said.
