Should students be offered computer-model alternatives to dissecting frogs, pigs and other animals?

 The bill, HB1018, directs the State Board of Education to develop guidelines, and requires school divisions to provide students with dissection alternatives.  It passed the senate 23-17, and now goes to the governor for signature!
