Documents are released in Portland dog poisoning case 

After an eight-month investigation, the Portland Police Bureau has released a detailed report on the dog poisonings at Laurelhurst Park in Portland. 
The report shows that police interviewed more than a dozen people of interest in the case and have ruled out all but one man. 

That man ran the Web site called www.leashyourdog.com, which is no longer active, and is now considered a suspect. 

He took two polygraph tests and police say he deliberately took deep, slow breaths. Doing that can alter the results and both tests came back inconclusive. 

He even admitted visiting a Web site that teaches people how to defeat the polygraph exam.
