AR-News: (UK) Dead animals dumped at Children's pond

THE mutilated bodies of seven dead animals were found dumped next to a 
community pond where children fish.
Four foxes, a deer, and two pheasants were found abandoned near the fishing 
pond at Shotton by a resident taking an early morning walk.
All of the animals were partially in the hedgerow and may have been dumped 
there after being caught by yobs baiting dogs, police believe. The deer had been 
cut open and it's front hooves chopped off,
The man who discovered the animals did not wish to be named. He said: "It was 
horrible. Why dump them there where people can see them. Children use that 
pond and it is not very nice at all."
