Town of Richfield - A great horned owl with one good eye, a Canada goose 
recovering from a shotgun blast and a squirrel with a nervous system disorder are 
living in the former ranger residence at Glacier Hills County Park.
Those injured and ill animals are among several dozen being moved this month 
to the Washington County park on Friess Lake by volunteers with the Web of 
Life Environmental Education Center Inc.
All of the private group's wildlife rehabilitation services - complete with 
intensive care unit - will be transferred to the ranger cabin and adjacent 
garage by April 1, said Mary Schmaus, Web of Life animal care director and a 
licensed rehabilitation specialist.
