NEW YORK, March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Society for the Prevention of 
Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) will honor both people and animals who have 
demonstrated outstanding commitment to furthering the human-animal bond at the ASPCA 
National Humane Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, March 2, 2004. The event will be 
held at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City starting at 11:30 a.m., followed 
by a luncheon and awards ceremony from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
