AR-News: (US)Spay Day offer

[Animalconcerns]

The Seattle Animal Shelter is offering free spay and neuter certificates
this week to anyone who cannot afford to pay for the service. The offer
commemorates the 10th anniversary of Spay Day USA, a national campaign
sponsored by the Doris Day Animal Foundation based in Washington, D.C., to
help reduce pet overpopulation. Spay Day is tomorrow.
