AR-News: (OK - US) PETA gives town $5, 000. to start spay/neuter program

PETA has given Slaughterville, OK $5,000. to start up a spay/neuter program 
after residents told PETA there was no animal control there, no shelter, and 
stray animals everywhere.  PETA will also advise them on fundraising activities 
and how to manage a spay/neuter program.
