Annual event hopes to spay or neuter 1,000 area pets of low-income families

Interested in animals and working with them? On Sunday, the Sacramento Area
Animal Coalition is working with the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine to
provide about 1,000 spay and neutering procedures for pets of low-income
families, during its 5th annual Sacramento Spay Day 2004 event.
