re your request about alternatives for the dissections of fetal pigs,
starfish, crayfish and clams etc, the Ethical Scienceand Education Coalition
in the USA  has produced a book called " Beyond Dissection: Innovative tools
for Biology Education" and this includes a range of alternatives that can be
borrowed or bought.
