Beijing, places her order, and fishes out a pair of chopsticks from her purse. 
Why doesn't she touch the disposable chopsticks on the table? Well, she is an 
environmentalist committed to saving trees. Despite its short history in 
China, environmentalism is already exerting a strong influence on the country's 
politics and society.
