SEATTLE - The government says don't worry -- don't worry about 11 cows the
USDA can't find hide nor heard of.

Since the discovery of mad cow disease, federal inspectors poured over the
records of some 75,000 cows.

They ran tests on 255 cows.

11 missing cows?

Nothing to worry about. 
...
Is the meat we eat safe?

Probably.

That's why when I see that USDA stamp on the meat I buy, I'll probably worry.

Especially since I've been told not to.
