AR-News: (US-ga) Dog Found Stuffed in a Sewer

[Animalconcerns]

A dog on Wednesday was shot in both legs from close range and stuffed in a
sewer to die. Animal service officers found the dog and took it to a
veterinarian and she is getting treatment.

Many involved said the case pointed out the need for more bite in the
state’s animal cruelty laws.
