AR-News: (CA) Did someone plot to kill the dogs of Withrow Park?

Toronto — For a little dog named T-Bone, 10 seconds was all it took for a 
walk in the park to turn into a fruitless fight for life.In what is feared to be 
a case of intentional poisoning, the five-kilogram cavalier King Charles 
spaniel died yesterday morning. He and six other dogs fell ill on Sunday after 
visiting Withrow Park in Toronto's Riverdale neighbourhood, where dogs have long 
been a friction point between residents.
