AR-News: (US-pa) Man Allegedly Lights Kitten On Fire - Judge Allows Man To Keep Other Kitten

BRISTOL, Pa. -- A Bucks County man will get to keep a kitten at his home,
despite the alleged torture he inflicted on another young cat.

A judge -- changing her initial ruling -- said the kitten can remain in
the home of 28-year-old Daniel Culligan, who's charged with setting
another cat on fire. The 9-month-old tabby, which had burns over 90
percent of its body, had to be put down.
