The Neponset Valley Humane Society is proud to present Cinnamon as this 
week's Pet of the Week. 
Meet Cinnamon - this 4-year-old, neutered male is a head-turner, with 
orange-marmalade stripes running in a vertical pattern along his sides, set against 
the cream background of his coat. His upper chest boasts a "locket" of white 
fur. 
Cinnamon was originally born to a homeless mother cat, who was struggling to 
raise he and his siblings on the street. Cinnamon's owner discovered the 
family's plight, and began feeding them outdoors. When Cinnamon was 6 months old, 
she finally managed to get him into a carrier and off to the vet. For the past 
three years, Cinnamon has known the safety and comfort of being a doted on 
indoor pet, and has enjoyed the companionship of another cat and dog who shared 
the household with him.
