140 Cats Found Inside Layton House

(KSL News) Animal Control officers in Davis County discovered 140 cats and 
dogs inside a small Layton home this evening. 
A neighbor had called animal control to report the animal-infested home. 
In all, officers impounded 134 cats and six dogs. There were even more cats, 
but some got away. 
The Health Department has closed the home to occupancy for now. 
The animal shelter says it will try to find homes for as many of the animals 
as possible. Most of them are in good condition.
