AR-News: (US MI) The dog zone

Aren’t there any zoning laws in St. Joseph against having three or four dogs 
on small city lots? Aren’t there zoning laws on placing doghouses and pens in 
side yards close to neighbors’ windows? And why aren’t there poop-and-scoop 
laws to keep inconsiderate neighbors from walking their dogs over to your front 
yard where the dogs go to the bathroom? Cracks in sidewalks aren’t as 
repulsive as dog waste, which is also unsanitary.
