AR-News: (US IL) Risk reduces Mexican menus

George Perez could hardly wait to dig into a steaming plate of tripas at an 
El Reboso, a local Mexican restaurant. He knows the dish of deep-fried chunks 
of small intestines folded into tortillas soon will be missing from Mexican 
menus across the nation. 
So will tacos de sesos, or tacos made of cow brains.
