A deputy suffered minor injuries from a cat as authorities searched a farm in
Perth to collect a number of animals.
Juliana Bennett-Blue has been charged with failing to provide food and water
to the animals at her Blue Haven farm on Morrow Road.
According to the Leader Herald, Fulton County District Attorney Louise
Kauffman-Sira had deputies go to the Blue Haven farm. They were to retrieve the
animals and place them with the SPCA of Fulton County.
Deputy Scott Everson was bitten by a cat and was treated and released from
Nathan Littauer Hospital.
More than 100 animals have been taken from the property and placed in SPCA
custody.
Bennett-Blue is due back in court in February.
