AR-News: (US-il) Kerry Brumm Turns Herself In

Kerry Brumm, the woman who kept dozens of animals at her rural Winnebago
County home, voluntarily turned herself in to authorities today.
...
Brumm is charged with 24 counts of cruelty to animals and six counts of
violation of owner's duties.

On January 8th, her home was raided by animal services. About 70 animals
were taken away including dogs, cats, horses and a hog.
