One of the two Siberian tigers living in Napavine is seen in its cage late 
in 2003. A measure in the state legislature would prohibit such animals from 
being kept as pets; people who already own potentially dangerous wild or 
exotic animals would be allowed to keep them, provided they are never resold 
within the state or allowed to breed.

Olympia - If your childhood dream is to own a monkey, a cougar or a 
crocodile as a pet, you may have to move outside the state of Washington.
  If approved, a measure under consideration in the Legislature would 
prohibit residents from making prts out of wild or exotic animals that can 
potentially do harm to humans.

.........**If he were a child molester, would he consider it "Imposing 
somebody else's will" on him if we locked him up for that practice?  Oh 
that's right, people like him consider non-human animals inanimate objects, 
therefore they are never thought of as victims of his crimes against them.
