AR-News: (US-ma) MSPCA: 12 animals taken from Tyngsboro woman's farm were malnourished

TYNGSBORO Seventeen counts of animal cruelty are being sought against a
Tyngsboro woman accused of allowing 12 horses to become malnourished while
she cared for her cancer-stricken husband, officials said.

Sgt. Frank Martin of the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals said the charges are being sought against Paula Recco,
48, of 4 Danforth Road, Tyngsboro, in connection with a case in which 12
horses were seized from her farm last month.
