[from Vineland Daily Journal]

MILLVILLE -- It's déjà vu for a city woman scheduled to appear in
Municipal Court next week to face animal cruelty charges over dozens of
pets kept inside her home.

Three months ago, Kelley Long was found guilty of two counts of animal
cruelty and fined $500. Specifically, a judge ruled she failed to provide
sanitary living conditions and proper vet care for a multitude of animals.

At the time, the Cumberland County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty
to Animals confiscated about 20 cats, five parakeets, a puppy and an
assortment of gerbils and hamsters from her rented home in the 200 block
of D Street.
