Paws-N-Claws To Be Replaced By City Advisory Board

SILOAM SPRINGS -- Paws-N-Claws, a nonprofit organization instrumental in the 
building of the Siloam Springs Animal Shelter, is scheduled to go out of 
existence this month. 
The organization will dissolve sometime in January, and the city will likely 
appoint an advisory board to carry on fund raising to support existing animal 
welfare programs, including animal adoption and sterilization, said Kappi 
Elrod, co-president and a founder of Paws-N-Claws.
