AR-News: (CA/US) Maine trash trucks to be allowed into Canada

MADAWASKA (AP) -- Trash-hauling trucks from northern Maine will be allowed
into Canada beginning Fridayw after being turned back at the border this
week because of Canada's restrictions on beef imports.

A Canadian customs spokesman said the trucks were denied entry because of
import restrictions following last week's discovery of mad cow disease in
Washington state.
