AR-News: RFI: RE: New Jersey Bear hunt

In private post to mimus at sympatico.ca can someone tell me how the NJ bear
hunt is to be conducted; specifically will the bears be baited and shot from
blinds?  Dogs used?  What kinds of weapons?
