It's a typical Thanksgiving week for Diana Singleton, who's busy cleaning and
putting together goodie bags for her holiday guests.
But instead of preparing for aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents,
Singleton is making her McLeansville home comfortable for 32 dogs.
They'll be spending the holiday at Yankee Doodle Pet Lodge, getting out of
the house while their owners travel or before relatives arrive.
Thanksgiving is the busiest travel holiday of the year -- and one of the
busiest times for kennels and pet hotels. It's a time when those who cater to pets
make special arrangements to reduce stress for both pets and owners.
