A Treasure Coast teenager will be tried as an adult for chopping up three 
kittens. 
Marc Turner, 16, faces three counts of felony animal cruelty. 
Earlier this month, Turner's family said he used a knife and a machete to 
mutilate the kittens behind his house. Two died; one had to be euthanized. 
An animal rights group is also paying for Turner to undergo psychological 
counseling.
