Chester - Dr. Brad Rusaw's patients may not be able to say thank you when he 
fixes what ails them, but their wagging tails are gratitude enough for him. 
Dr. Rusaw is an animal chiropractor, something you won't find anywhere else 
east of Ontario. He spent the summer earning his certification in Illinois to 
add to his already successful practice with two-legged clients in Chester.
