The Napa cat sniper may have broadened his range.

Another cat shooting was reported to police on Monday. However, the feline
victim lives on Willis Drive in the Bel Aire district in north Napa, not
in Alta Heights where other incidents have been reported.
The Cat Sniper Reward Fund has about $3,000, said Joe Fischer, owner of
the cat which was killed by the sniper in Alta Heights on Oct. 12.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, based in Norfolk, Va., has
put up a $2,500 reward.

Fischer is in the process of trying to convince the regional Humane
Society in Sacramento to match PETA's donation.
Anyone wishing to donate to the Cat Sniper Reward Fund may send
contributions to the Napa Community Bank, 700 Trancas St., Napa 94558.
