AR-News: RFI: email list for cat advocacy

I am looking for email lists for people who want to advocate on behalf of 
cats. A woman is interested in having her eight year old son subscribe. Lists 
devoted to rescue, adoption and transport are not what the mother is looking for. 
The boy lives in Miami, FL. Thanks.
