AR-News: (US) Police investigating abused dog awaiting duct tape test results

LOWER ALLOWAYS CREEK TWP. -- Authorities are still awaiting test results
in their investigation of an animal cruelty case involving a mixed-breed
dog that became known as "Rusty."

During the course of their investigation, authorities searched a barn that
the dog's alleged owner rented in Lower Alloways Creek Township. There
police found duct tape in a pet carrier, a half used roll of duct tape on
the floor and six or seven rolls in a nearby drawer.
