AR-News: (SD->WA) Small Dog Needs Ride

Bailey is a 3 year old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix who needs a ride home to 
the Seattle/Olympia area from Sturgis, South Dakota.  He was taken to South 
Dakota by his owner last summer and stayed in Sturgis to keep his owner's 
10 year old son company when the owner returned.  Unfortunately the son's 
father decided Bailey (who weighs about 7 lbs) needed to be an "outside" 
dog.  A helpful relative took Bailey in and his owner does not want to send 
him home via the airlines.  She cannot afford to drive back to S. Dakota to 
get him nor does she have transportation to do so.  If you know of a 
responsible, reliable person traveling West who would be willing to help
