AR-News: (US) PETA Wants To Yank Dog Chains

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- An international animal rights group has launched a
campaign in Albuquerque's south valley, asking people not to keep their
dogs on chains.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, or PETA, has posted three
billboards in the area which read: "Life sentence, no parole. Please,
don't chain your dog." The signs are in Spanish.
