AR-News: (US) Reward Offered For University City Apartment Arsonists

SAN DIEGO -- A cash incentive is being offered to help catch the arsonists
behind last week's fire in University City.

On Monday, members of San Diego's Building Industry Association offered a
$25,000 reward for the capture of those who set the fire.

Authorities are investigating clues indicating whether ELF, a group of
radical environmental activists also known as the Earth Liberation Front,
could have caused the fire. A banner left at the scene of the fire said
that ELF was responsible for setting the blaze. The group also e-mailed
NBC 7/39 claiming that some of its members had started the fire.
