Have you seen the latest ruling by the city of San Antonio, Texas?  They will 
no
longer work with any rescue or our liaison rpoa and have chosen to mass gas
all the dogs there instead to save money...budget deficits...  NO RESCUE
ANYWHERE IN TEXAS OR THE U.S CAN HAVE ACCESS TO OUR ANIMAL CONTROL!
