Dear Friends:  I beg you with tears in my heart to sign this teeny petition. (Only 32 signatures)   I read the entire scenario regarding little Dusty and I cannot see to type.   Love you all,  Marijo  

join us and sign petition in the memory of little "Dusty", and CROSS POST ! 

We all remember Dusty, the Missouri shelter dog that was brutally tortured and bludgeoned to death and then thrown in the garbage by his owner Michael T. Welch. We remember how Judge Preston Dean ignored the facts in this case, ignored Missouri law, ignored the signatures collected asking that this criminal be given the maximum penalty, and Judge Dean ignored the amount of time, money and effort that went into getting this case before the courts. Michael T. Welch is a free man.
This petition requests that Judge Dean's superior, Judge Jay Daugherty,  investigate and remove Judge Preston dean from the bench. (We have to wonder if Judge Dean  lets all violent offenders "off the hook". )
