AR-News: (US) Who Killed Bart? Officers Investigate Brutal Animal Cruelty Case

ANDERSON, S.C. -- Anderson County officers are investigating what they
call one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they've ever seen.

Investigators are looking for the person who shot and killed a neighbor's
pet and then set it on fire Wednesday night.
