AR-News: (US) Pet owner seeks charges against man who dragged dog to death

SILVERTHORNE, Colo. (AP) - A woman said Tuesday she is pursuing animal
cruelty charges against a man she says dragged her dog to death as he
drove 17 miles in a pickup truck with the animal tied to his door.

Alex Jaeckel, 48, of Evergreen said she was camping near Green Mountain
Reservoir last week with a group that included a man who was a former
member of her billiards team.
